Dr. Sami Hamm is an Indianapolis native and completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Evansville, graduating with a degree in Biology in 2017.

Following her undergraduate studies, she went on to earn her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine at the University of Illinois in 2021. While completing her veterinary degree, Dr. Hamm was heavily involved in the University of Illinois chapter of the Veterinary Business Management Association and she developed special interests in preventative medicine, surgery, internal medicine, and dermatology. She also has a passion for preserving the human-animal bond and creating long-lasting relationships with clients and their pets. Dr. Hamm is an active member of the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) and Indiana Veterinary Medical Association (IVMA).

When not in the office, Dr. Hamm can be found spending time with her Bernese Mountain Dogs Willie and Franny, as well as her cats Pickles and Pork Chop. In her spare time, she also enjoys reading, baking, and spending time with her husband, family, and friends.
