Dr. Emily King
Dr. King, our lead veterinarian, hospital owner, and founder of All-Star Veterinary Clinic, earned her education from the University of Tennessee. She is proud to bring exceptional care to her home community as she grew up in Carmel and is a graduate of Carmel High School. She is an active member of such important veterinary organizations as the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA), Indiana Veterinary Medical Association (IVMA), and Central Indiana Veterinary Medical Association (CIVMA). Her favorite parts of her work at our Westfield animal hospital include problem-solving, building client relationships, and seeing the positive impact the clinic has had on the community.
Pets: Winnie, Lance, and Pickles (dogs) and Lenny (cat)
Hobbies: Spending time with her family and bird hunting with Winnie
Dr. Carla Cloud
Dr. Cloud earned her DVM from Purdue University and has been a part of our team since April 2012. She specializes in pet dentistry and is a member of important veterinary groups such as the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) and the Central Indiana Veterinary Medical Association (CIVMA). Aspects of her job she enjoys most include practicing medicine, problem-solving, interacting with her clients and coworkers, and helping to strengthen the human-animal bond.
Pets: Norman and Little Girl (cats)
Hobbies: Spending time with family, baking, and gardening
Dr. Allison Foust
Dr. Foust graduated from Purdue University College of Veterinary Medicine alongside Dr. Cloud in 2008, and she joined the team at All-Star Veterinary Clinic in August of 2017. She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) and the American Association of Feline Practitioners (AAFP). Dr. Foust has a special interest in feline internal medicine and her favorite parts of being a veterinarian are client education, developing a trustworthy bond with her patients and clients, solving complex problems, and walking alongside families during end of life care of their pet.
Pets: A cat named Iris
Hobbies: Mentors young at-risk girls, stays involved with the Carmel Youth Assistance Program, and spends time with family
Dr. Ashley Dudley
Dr. Dudley graduated with distinction and received her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Purdue University and joined the All-Star team in 2018. Her awards and certifications include the 2018 AAVD Dermatology Senior Veterinary Student Award, the 2018 ACVR Radiology, and Ultrasound Senior Student Award, Veterinary Business Management Association Gold Certification, and Preventative Healthcare for the Small Animal Patient Certification. She has a special interest in dermatology and enjoys building relationships with pets and their owners and strengthening the human-animal bond.
Pets: Scooter (cat), Apollo (Great Pyrenees Mix)
Hobbies: Hiking, kayaking, trying new restaurants, weightlifting, and going to Colts games
Dr. Ashlyn Duckwall
Dr. Duckwall joined All-Star’s team after receiving her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Purdue University in May 2019. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in biology at Ball State University where she played on the women’s tennis team. Her favorite part of veterinary medicine is to help enrich and support the bond between every owner and their animal companion. She also has special interests in internal medicine, dentistry, and elective surgeries. Dr. Duckwall is thrilled to join the All-Star team and for the opportunity to serve the community!
Pets: Frank (dog), Walter (cat), & Paul (cat)
Hobbies: Traveling with husband, enjoying summer outdoor activities, horseback riding, and spending time with family/friends
Dr. Kristen Puls
Dr. Puls earned her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Purdue University in 2017 after earning her Bachelor’s Degree from Colorado State University. She joined the team at All-Star Veterinary Clinic in October of 2019. Dr. Puls enjoys the diversity of general practice and is awestruck by the impact that animals have on our lives. Her special interests include preventative care, soft-tissue surgery, behavior and end-of-life care. Dr. Puls is passionate about building relationships and enhancing the human-animal bond by partnering with families in the care of their pets.

Hobbies: Spending time with family and friends, being outside, hiking, biking, backpacking & drinking coffee
